Enrolling your child with us is easy. We have two admission points during the year:
September for full-year students.
January for young 3’s (must be potty-trained).
Follow the instructions below to register.
Registration Process:
Enrollment begins in January for all classes and the required registration form is online. You will be prompted to create a brightwheel account to access the registration form. There is a non-refundable registration fee that will be billed through brightwheel: $80 for one child and $20 for each additional child. Please note: All children need to be potty-trained and fully vaccinated. Enrollment will open for current families on January 5, 2026. They will receive a link through their brightwheel account to register.
Alumni families and new families will click HERE once their registration window opens on January 12th and January 14th. The link will go live at 9:00 a.m.
Upon acceptance:
1. Complete the Mandatory ODJFS State Enrollment Form (4 page form)
2. Complete the Mandatory ODJFS State Medical Form (must be signed by physician).
****Please include the child’s vaccination report.
3. Complete the Child’s Personal Profile form.
4. Read the Handbook and sign the Handbook Acknowledgement Form (one page).
All forms are due by June 30th or prior to the first day of school for those registering after June 30th.
For the 2026-27, school year registration begins on:
Monday, January 5, 2026 at 7:00 a.m. for current families,
Monday, January 12, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. for alumni families, and
Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. for all new families.
