Enrolling your child with us is easy. We have two admission points during the year:
September for full-year students.
January for young 3’s (must be potty-trained).
Follow the instructions below to register.
Registration Process:
1. Complete a St. John’s Preschool Enrollment Form.
Submit it along with a non-refundable $60 (one student) or $75 (multiple students) family application fee (checks payable to St. John’s EEC), to:

Upon acceptance:
1. Complete the Mandatory ODJFS State Enrollment Form (4 page form)
2. Complete the Mandatory ODJFS State Medical Form (must be signed by physician).
****Please include the child’s vaccination report.
3. Complete the Child’s Personal Profile form.
4. Read the Handbook and sign the Handbook Acknowledgement Form (one page).
All forms are due on Meet the Teacher day or prior to the first day of school for the child.
For the 2024-25, school year registration begins on:
Tuesday, January 16, 2024 for current families,
Tuesday, January 23, 2024 for alumni families, and
Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at 8:30am for all new families.
